Japanese Fruit Cake Filling

Juice & Rind 3 Lemons

1 Coconut grated fine

2 C Sugar

1 C Boiling Water

1 T Cornstarch

Mix ingredients. Cook until lumps fall from spoon. Use 7 mins frosting to cover cake.
